Congratulations! Looks like a very nice kilt at a fair price. Are you a MacMillan?
No, I am not a MacMillan. I have no connection to Scotland that I know.
This kilt was just so nice looking and the price was so tempting for a woollen kilt, even not knowing the yardage nor ounces, that I decided to make a bid and see if I was lucky. I hoped it would turn out to be some fashion or district tartan but I was not so lucky.
It has to be made a bit smaller by moving the buckles but it shouldn't be too hard. Just studied a thread here for the instructions.
Well, my first ever purchase from ebay.

Got the kilt yesterday. It is really good work if I can judge. It has a label inside:
Needs cleaning and moving the buckles/straps a couple of inches to make it smaller, but this was expected. I feel lucky to get this for £48 including postage.
Well, to use it I now only need to change my name to MacMillan... or get a wife having connection to MacMillan... Is here any lady with the connection available?

Yay! And now you have a new kilt! I doubt the MacMillans will care as long as your not seen on the 6 O'clock news wearing it, robbing a bank :0) Enjoy!
