Yeah, stuffing merchandise into your kilt probably isn't the best plan when you want to stay under the radar. Only in Portland I guess.

Idiot......I did not like the way the news report kept showing the stock at Stumptown Kilts while talking about the items concealed on this thief. Now all stores will be stereotyping kilt wearers here in the Pacific NW......great...... What an idiot.....
