I think you make some very good points about double standards. A man could never do some of the things that happened to you, yet women think they can get away with it.

As John Nash, Nobel Prize winner and schizophrenic, proved - schizophrenia has nothing to do with intelligence (see A Beautiful Mind). But you're right, it is ironic.

And yes, sadly, management lets that lady talk like that to clients too...she's even won rounds with the chairman of the board...go figure.

Thanks for the support and observations...woke up this morning realizing I have an opportunity to show up at work kilted again Monday morning...instead of making it a casual Friday thing....the few remaining brain cells in my besotted mind are lining up and beginning to hatch a plan....

as far as the women go and their comments, I have said this all along, if I said the same to a woman as she said to me I'd get arrested.

Good on ya Ron. I have to admit that I don't know if I"d have kept my cool with the office beast that kept making the nylons comment. Time together or not. Once is fine, maybe twice if you're good friends, anymore then that and to me, it's an obvious lack of respect. I give you the credit you deserve, way to keep your cool.

She wrote that I looked like I was born to wear the kilt. It don't get better than that.

I got that from one or two folks that have seen pictures of me. You're right, it's the best.
