Kilt Hose/Socks TODAY?

I ordered kilt hose for my husband about 2 weeks ago, but they haven't arrived yet for a Scottish festival that is tomorrow (Saturday.) What can I buy and use in a pinch? It's the last piece of my husband's kilt outfit that would be a glaring omission.

In a pinch go to your local sporting goods store. Look for Soccer or rugby socks.

Tall hiking or boot socks might do the trick too.

Thank you, this is helpful. We have a Dick's Sporting Goods about 2 minutes from our house, so I will check there and hopefully find something that will work.

There will most likely be a vendor at the Scottish Festival that will be selling kilt hose , thus he could wear the soccer socks then purchase a pair of kilt hose and change at the festival .

It should be just up the road from you. Look them up on line (devil net) and check them out for nick-knacks when in need. I will surely check them out next time! They are a little off the beaten path for where we live, but we could make an afternoon of it.

Look to Atlanta Kilts on line first. They are a "for Hire" shop mostly and do a good local business. They have office hours listed and I like these folks personally.
