Hello Crossesfour. Welcome to X Marks from below the border in lower, slower Delaware. You got a kilt... you wear it... You're one of us! Now we have to get your out of the house in it.

Although I do not wear a kilt outside my home, I am very interested in this subject and hope someday to screw up my courage to do so.
