Long Beach Comics Expo (kilts aint' in it)

Saturday I attended the Long Beach Comics Expo. I spied a couple Utilikilts... didn't take pictures of those, sorry.

I met a fellow Doctor, though now that I think about it, he never said just what his Doctorate was in...

Ah, better, he put on his glasses. He had a most curious pen...

He had a unique conveyance, much bigger on the inside

As soon as I stepped out, I was approached by these frightening creatures!

    They proved harmless

    And more odd creatures!

And wow... I ran into my grandson... I don't approve of the company he keeps!

Looks like fun, Doctor. But that blonde pair are a bit disturbing, in my opinion.

Yesterday I attended WonderCon (ComicCon's little sister, so to speak) in an improved version of my costume.

New waistcoat, new hat, new pants. Can't find a hat dark enough, I had to dye this one darker (it started out as black and white check, the real hat is black and brown check). My glasses are original from the 1920s or 30s, $15 on Ebay, dead ringers for the rimless ones Henry Jones wears.

I bumped into several iterations of my son

This guy was my favourite, with a face that had been places

I have no idea what she is...

    Wow, this guy is amazing

This girl was awesome. I didn't know what she represented, I was told Laura Croft at the end when she's all beat up and bruised

This is so elaborate, I have no idea what this costume is from
