Hello All - The St. Andrew's Society of RI is an active organization celebrating it's 95th year this year! I noticed some members asking about the Society, and about our website. We launched a new site several months ago: www.sasri.org - you can find all the upcoming events listed there, as well as membership information. We also host Scottish Country dancing three times a month from October to June. Our next big event is the Burns Supper to be held at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet on February 3rd -- please join us! We'd love to share an evening devoted to the Bard with you

Well met and welcome new friend. I hope the coming events you offer provide good and lasting fellowship with the kilted community.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but what/where is RI?

Rhode Island is located in the Northeast of the United States - it is about an hour's drive from Boston to the north, and 3 hours drive to New York to the south.
