body glide
I was reading some earlier posts, and there was mentioned something about a product called "Bodyglide"? What exactally is this stuff and what is it used for?

It looks like a deodorant stick. You put it on body parts that tend to rub together. It reduces the friction that causes chafing and blisters. It's used by runners and bicycles racers.

Bodyglide
I am one of the BODYGLIDE fans from the UK. My colleague and I ran our first marathon – The Loch Ness Marathon in Scotland. We were absolutely delighted with the results we got from BODYGLIDE. Not a blister to be seen on either of us, despite it being a very challenging, mountainous course.
Many of our fellow runners were asking us afterwards how we managed to avoid the pain that they suffered. We happily shared details of our secret weapon with them. So, don’t be surprised if you get a sudden influx of orders from Scotland.

I just had a wee look at www.bodyglide.com and copied/pasted the review above..
So you can see,not only does it stop blisters and sweat. But according to Amanda it's good for Crabbe's too..
