Kinloch-Anderson hems their Breacan casual kilts. I have one and the hem looks fine. There is no problem with the appearance of the pleats.

I know the point is now moot, because he ordered a different kilt, but the Stillwater I ordered was the reg. length and unless I wear it HIGHER than my waist (yup, know where my waist is), it breaks at the bottom of my knees. I'll order an inch short in future w/ them. -- but I really do like their kilt.
