    Pics of tan Survival UK...

Here are some pics of my tan Survival Utilikilt. Since I don't have a tripod, I wasn't able to use the self-timer. Instead, used a mirror.

    Photo #1, showing the front.

    Photo#2, side shot

Photo#3, rear shot, or most of the rear...

UK is a 42 short. Boots are Asolo TPS 520 GTX's...

    That's a great kilt.

Have you felt the weight difference without the cargo pockets on? Those boys weigh a lot!

Wash it a few times with softener and tumble air dry then it will soften up very nicely.

Cavscot, I've tried it out, but have found that I like them installed. Especially since I am a nature photographer and have discovered that I can put my Nikon F3 with its 50f1.4 lens into the cargo pockets. Makes it a bit easier to haul stuff around.

I currently have said kilt in the wash - found some grease stains from something on it. So, when it comes out, I'll set the dryer at the lowest temp setting and give it a go.
