There is at least one company who makes a Concealed Carry shirt with a built in hidden pocket for that purpose.
I live in Louisiana where the heat & humidity are BAD. I have to find some other way to carry than under a jacket.

I was out ta the gun club/range today and looked over some of the holsters and gear. I think, judging from what I saw, a modified "fly" holster could be rigged to wear between the aprons of a kilt. Position it to ride behind the sporran and it should work.

email them. Their new website doesn't contain that information any more, but I know that they will incorporate a conceal weapon pocket if you ask them nicely.

Dreadbelly, There are times when it is good to be so close you can hear the little weasel wet himself. To be close enough to watch the sweat develope. But there are also times when it pays to just get it overwith and get out.

Galco Thigh Band Holster
The Galco Thigh Band is the second-generation Galco thigh holster, designed for both male and female shooters, to be worn under pleated pants, long pleated shorts, a dress or a skirt. The leather holster pocket is mounted on a 4" wide thigh band made of heavy duty elastic, and connected to your pants belt with the belt hook

CCW and kilts
I've tried several options, including neokilts. Josh did a great job on the neokilt, but what I've started doing most of the time is wearing a "normal" width belt underneath my kilt belt. I attach my favorite inside the waist band holster to the small belt and the large belt prevents printing. Then I wear whatever shirt I would if I were wearing jeans and the same rig. It just seems more comfortable to me to be able to wear the same setup whether kilted or not. It was an easy transition to carry kilted, I don't feel like I am going to lose control or have a difficult time with drawing a loose weapon from a deep pocket in a UK, or a from a sporran in a traditional. My favorite way.
