Cincinnati Kilt night
Techincally this is a Utilikilt night (the three of us that are selling UK's at Cincinnati's Celtic Festival this weekend, have organized this as a way to get first timers out in public in a "Safe" environment). Anyway...
We will be going to Jack Quinn's in Covington, Kentucky right after
the Cincinnati Celtic World Festival. They have reserved their
entire second floor for us, and will be running happy hour prices
just for us all night.
$1 off pints
$8 Bucket of 5 domestic bottled beers
$1 off house wines
$2.50 well drinks
1/2 price appetizers

(859) 491-6699
The Party will start at 9pm on Saturday the 24th.
I would personally like to invite any X-Mark members (even if you don't wear a UK) just put on your favorite kilt and show up.
Adam
Yess Dave I will buy your first beer.

Cincinnati kilt night was pretty much a bust. Granted is was on short notice, but we gave a flyer to every customer we sold to, to everyone we saw wearing a UK, to most of the guys wearning any kilt that stopped long enough to talk to us, and to all of the clan tents. Other than the three of us that worked, only 4 kilted guys showed up (plus Sneaky Pete - he's one funny guy), and we had an entire floor of a pub set aside for us, and an extra bartented on stand by.
I hope to try and do this again in the future, we need some kilt nights out. Hopefully we will have better response.
