The clasps on those pins are the same type I paid extra for on my uniform ribbon bars. Trust me, if you lose one of those, you will know it. It takes a pretty healthy yank once you have them on correctly. Mike
I also got my pin today, and it's great. The clasps seem strong, and it weighs far more than any other kilt pin I have. It'll hold down the apron in a strong wind. It's also a striking and handsome design. Andrew.
