I'm not sure what size and quality you're after, but there are several on Ebay. Just search for "Irish National."

I bought one a couple days ago. They said it ships in 2-3 business days.

Not the same as a tailored kilt, obviously.

There's this on ebay for approx $43 - 5 yard, 16 oz PV, 24" length. I don't know about shipping time - it's in Edinburgh, but they claim to have the Irish National in stock.

i would like a stillwater yet they emailed me back and said theyhave had trouble getting the tartan in stock

BJ, they also say they have hundreds in stock. A call couldn't hurt.

I emailed Stillwater, specifically asking about the Irish National. I got the same reply, saying they don't have it because of supply problems.
