Remember the high school girls thread?

The family decided to hop over to Hickam Air Force Base tonight for dinner at Burger King and a trip to the Air Force Exchange. I had a draining day at work, so I made it a point to wear a kilt to cheer myself up. I was sporting my camo psuedo-traditional (as I've dubbed it)(pics can be seen in this thread), and a nylon hip pouch (neo-sporran as I have dubbed it).

Anyway, when we pulled up to the BK, there was a trio of young lassies hanging out at the front door. They might have been 15 years old at the oldest. One of them was sporting one of those new fangled cellies with a built in camera. Unbeknownst to me when it happened, she decided to snap a shot of me. What was beknownst to me at the time was the positive response (albeit intended not for my ears) that came from each of them.
I had realized that my belt needed some adjusting, so I stepped behind my open door to fix it. While doing so, my wife walked up to me and said "Did you smile for the camera?" "What do you mean?" "One of those girls just took your picture. They seem to like your kilt."

Hmmm... I guess the high school lassies DO dig the kilts!

There's plenty of appeal to those curious young things...Only tonight i had to block a less than sober bogan (redneck or trailer trash may be the closest equivalent I can offer to the podean's) not once but twice from displaying my unsundries to all the world .
But can you image getting out your phone and coping a bit of a snap-shot up their skirts?!! Imagine the trouble you'd be in! Man the liberties some people take when you're in a klt sometimes.
BLAZN, I don't mean to put those lasses into the same catagory as this one tonight, that was a fine response from they.

Aye, and a right annoyance it is, too. As ozmeath says, try that on a woman, get thrown in jail.

WHAT?!? The disrespect, I tell ya.

I was safe with these girls. They seemed to keep their distance, though that may have been because the wife was there. *shrugs*
I would have been safe... the wife prefers I not go Regimental, and the material that particular kilt is made of isn't conducive to it, anyway. So, I guess I have to admit I wasn't wearing it properly. he he he

I was wearing my kilt at the mall a while back. Saturday evening, think we were heading to the movies. I was walking through the food court with my bf, and we passed 3 teens, 2 girls and a guy if I recall. The next thing I know someone grabbed my ***. So I turned and asked my bf, did you just grab my ***? He said no, why? Because someone did. The only people close enough to do it, were the 2 girls neither of whom could have been 18. By the time I realize what happened they were gone.

Onion it sounds like you were the victim of a run-by grabbing Some people no matter how young they are or how well raised can't seem to help themselves.

I was in a store with my children one day and a lady walked up to me and asked me what I wore under my kilt. I in turn asked her what she was wearing under her skirt. She proceeded to tell me that it was rude to ask her that. In response I said, "yes it is". She then turned and stomped off. I think she got the message.
