I'll post in english, bitte. My wife is austrian.. We spent 2 of the most fun weeks of my life in Germany und Austria. Visiting friends and distant relatives from North to South and into Austria. What a Country!

Thank you for the warm welcome (and Ruanaidh: Well done!).
BTW I am in fact Scottish, originally from just over the hill from where Cessna152towser lives (it's a nice hillwalk of 5 hours). Although I have been in Germany for so long now I still miss the hills!
