Well three of us made it to the Auld Dubliner tonight. It's the wee hours of the morning now and why am I still up.... Answer, drank a giant diet coke driving home and can't sleep. KFP and BeerTigger made it with their lovely wives. A picture of all of us KFP supplied some music, stories and jokes for the evening. Always entertaining and a definite asset to an evening out. Especially when the manager poured us all a rather large Paddy's. Here is KFP and BeerTigger and his Wife enjoying themselves. It was a great night and it was nice to finally meet BeerTigger and the Wives. O'Neille

Do not drink whiskey if you have any intention of crawling under a truck with a pile of wrenches in the morning. Ask me how I know this.

Aw come on Tig! when me and Vin went down to SV to meet up with " O' " we didnt get home till after the bars closed! AND we got up the next morning and replaced a clutch on a Found On Road Dead Exploder (damn did that suck!!) not only because of the drinking the night before+little sleep+ Swampy heat but because I in my infinite wisdom said before we put it back together " NAh i think the slave cyl. looks ok!" ( it wasn't ....so we got to do it again ...BUT it only took us four hours the second time!! ) I Feel for you bro ...hope everything turned out ok!!
Irish diplomacy: is telling a man to go to he)) in such a way that he looks forward to the trip!

Have to go put the new one in now. The damn thing is almost completely hidden under just about everything else. Lest this drift even more OT: Will I be wearing a kilt? Nope. I'd much rather ruin a ratty old pair of shorts....
Kilted wisdom says "fix car before going out and meeting kilties". I've got a starter issue going on myself. Range Rovers are built around the starter. I'm trying to find one that doesn't cost half a kilt to replace and one that isn't made by "Lucas aka--The Prince of Darkness". Of course this one lasted 16 years so not all bad. O'Neille
Great pics lads -Hope you had a great time

O'Neille Ah yes, Prince Lucas. I've had experience w/ him myself. Got an XJ6 that hasn't moved under it's own power for quite some time now. I seem to have let most of the smoke out. Basically I need to take the entire thing apart and put it back together again. That'll have to wait for another day.
Looks like a fun night. Thanks for sharing the pics! Ranging off topic -- KFP -- I'm interested in the torq (sp?) you're wearing . . . do you have close-up pics? Where did you get it?
