If y'all really want to see some avant garde/unusual/weird/claw-your-eyes-out takes on tartan 'fashion' do a web search for the recurring event this came from, "Dressed to Kilt", sponsored by Johnnie Walker. Like all fashion shows, the designers each try to be distinctive, outre (how the heck do you do an accented 'e' here?), and just plain goofy. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll drool over the indecently almost-dressed ladies - just remember, it's 'art' and not ancient dress! Cheers,

Never thought I'd say this, but I like the goat sporran. It may have something to do with the years I spent breeding dairy goats and having to chase them out of the orchard after devastating our fruit trees.

    retribution!!!

The most striking lass seems well protected by her husband's glare...and obvious ability to take care of himself and her both.

I must be a kilt junkie because my first reaction was that the metal chain on his sporran will ruin the kilt!

I don't like the sporran, and NOT because I am opposed to wearing dead critters... it just doesn't work for my tastes (and most definitely not my budget). Just ick. Some full masks I find alright, but pricey (to be expected). To wear a kilt out and about, ya need a belt... around the house? Who cares?

I will pass any other comments.
