I now know that my new sporran left Chicago this morning, on it's way north, not sure if that makes waiting worse or not. I do know I want to get some info on where the Prince Charlie is, as it's on the way from Scotland. Tom Petty was right the waiting is the hardest part. I wonder how long the US postal service will be, I mean there is no hail or sleet or rain or anything else to impede this courier from his appointed rounds, so where is he? I dont know maybe ignorance is bliss I am beginning to think I should not have checked the progress. Ah well, it should be here soon enough.
USPS won't be moving too much too quickly this week: closed on Monday (New Year's Day) and Tuesday (state funeral for Pres. Ford).

Might be quicker than you think ... I ordered a Gordon Economy SWK on Wednesday and got it today.
Well my sporran left the US from O'Hare Friday morning, so I hope it wont be long. Now I have to track down the rest from Scotland.
USPS is the slowest moving thing on the planet. The old saying is no longer true. If the people on my street get their own mail and not our neighbors, we are VERY surprised, indeed!
Well I think it is in the capable hands of Canada post so now all I have to do is sit and wait

This does raise a question for me, I ordered an SWK just before Christmas. Have any of you fellow Canadians had duty issues with US or UK ordered kilts?
