Tunes of Glory
Okay, I just finished watching Tunes of Glory, and I'm wondering what tartan the battalion was wearing. The Internet Movie Database says the uniforms were surplus Cameron Highlanders, but looking at the Cameron kilts at What Price Glory and Bubba's WPG Cameron, the tartan doesn't look the same to me.
The only screen capture I've found so far (still looking for color):

Looks like the cameron here:

But the WPG seems to have a yellow stripe. Maybe times change, etc. Who knows.
Look at this site for info on the tartan like WPG's:

Who knows? Keeps us all guessing.

I may have to try getting screen captures myself (the others I found with Google) to get a better picture of the tartan.
To me it looks more like this, but with an additional white stripe. It reminds me of the Seaforth Mackenzie, but with a smaller sett and the double red stripe.
I'll try screen captures after work.
