Great pictures. I believe we have hiked that very trail in the snow as well. I've also done the six mile hike up to Lawn Lake (but not in the snow).

Billings, MT fieldwork had my number: we were doing a groundwater study on a PCE plume. I'm still "fingers crossed" that I'll make the next one, though. FWIW, I haven't found anything good for Burns night downtown-and I doubt anybody but me will even think of hoisting one on Feb 13 (for you non Clan Donald folk, it's Glen Coe-go ahead and needle your Campbell friends; just take it with a grain of salt [preferably, rush up on the history]).

    Bryan...maybe in February...

The Lawn Lake trail follows the Roaring River, one of the better/best Greenback cutthroat trout streams in the park, if not the front range.

Bryan...all single, barbless hook, catch-and-release only...
