it's the quality leather he uses - it may take a bit of use to soften, but it will last alot longer. I've found leather straps that are soft to start with, are prone break. Count on Robert to use only top of the line materials.
... The hole on the left side for the strap is also very tight to the strap. This makes it a little hard to get on...
I don't mind the tight hole... I just stick my finger in it to widen it before poking the leather through.
...Second the denim is curling like crazy....
This seems to be a common problem with many of the contemporaries... I don't know if there's an solution to it. I've more or less resigned myself to the fact and moved on.
... I strongly recommend the RKilt...
Me too. They're a tough well made rig.
