I'll be there throwing in the heavy events on Saturday and playing Shinty on Sunday (and visiting the chiropractor on Monday)!

Sorry Folks but we will be most likely at Home celebrating the Birthday of the beloved Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess. We plan on being at the Pleasanton Games both days though.

I WANT to be there.

..but we'll be at 8,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada, day hiking, eating freeze dried food and swimming in the lakes of the Emigrant Wilderness.

I WANT to be there (in Oakland.)

I also WANT to be backpacking in the Sierras.

But I will be in the Sierras. My son and I will be over in Markleeville, Alpine County, volunteering on the Skeleton Squad in support of the Death Ride: A Tour of the California Alps.
