L&M Highland Outfitters makes a badger sporran; I have one in brass, but it's not a full-mask.

$275 will get you a muskrat from Craigie: http://www.sporrans.com/fullmask.html. A muskrat should be somewhat smaller, I'd think.
I don't know what your budget will allow, but that's not a bad price for a full mask as far as I know (which ain't too far!)

Badger Sporan
Wouldn't something else regional like a buffalo, black bear or wild turkey head
be good substitutes.
