Well, we really did get a light dusting here today. Snowed pretty much all day, with winds gusting past 40 mph. That didn't stop me and my trusty X-Marks tartan kilt from our weekly trip to the pub this evening, however. Got a few "aren't you cold?" comments, so I unleashed Ron's "Naw, I got a heater under there" comeback. Good times.

You can't seriously tell me that the snow piled up in front of the door like that on it's own. Somebody had to pile it up like that. Shut up! No way! Oh whatever, beer me!

I love the white stuff especially when it's 70 F and I can drive twnety minutes to get to it. I had to shovel the snow off my parents roof one Christmas in Alaska. When I was done I just walked off the roof and down to the front door.

I wish we in southern Virginia could get a "dusting" like that. I think schools would be closed for a week

I know that some people would call the 3 inches we got light. but it is nice. Doesn't it put you in the mood for the holiday season.

FLashback to Highschool New Years Parties.... we use to do that to save us from walking up 4 stairs to the fridge. Most of the time it kept the beer colder than the fridge.

We ended up with about 18 inches of snow (50 cm). As of 8:30am I am still the only one here at my office.. looks like I will be the only one here for a long while. So I get to spend longer here on X-marks with out co-workers bugging me!!
