I have a New Jonesing for a new laptop. I'm required to purchase a pretty powerful laptop for my future architecture courses. Basically it's a Desktop replacement computer since I'll have to be able to do architectural renderings, modeling, etc.

So going all out, I ordered a Dell Precision M6300 from the Small Business division. 17" monitor, 512Mb Nvidia Quadro FX 3600M graphics card, Blue-Ray burner, 4Gb RAM, finger print reader, Vista Ultimate, Intel 2.6 Core Duo 800FSB, 6Mb L2 Cache, 160Gb Internal HD, 500Gb, External USB drive.

I had a "2 Day Mystery Sale" coupon in an email. That gave me 30% off my total.

It ships on or before May 12th.....Come on UPS Ground. Get here fast.....

This is almost as bad as waiting for the lightning bolt of Jerry's SWK express to deliver a new kilt.
