I want something between 6 and 10 yards of the poly-viscose for the following reason:
1) I have two growing children, both of whom have demonstrated an allergy, or at least sensitivity to wool. And P-V is at least washable.
2) My children have inherited their sensitivity to wool from none other than their mother, and I would like an X-Marks kilt I can wear with, umm, shall we say, minimal undergarments?
3) I'm married to a man who would like a few different pleating options for his X-Marks tartan, and I can't afford the wool options!
Be well,

I just wanted one more pleated to the white stripe, that isn't "a few".
Though it might be nice to have pleated to yellow stripe, pleated to white stripe, and pleated to sett.
That doesn't seem unreasonable does it?
Cheers

I'm voting the PV but I would be just as happy with the 13 oz. AND due to the new job I'll actually be able to pull the trigger on it this time

You can have it shipped to any kilt maker that will agree to make it for you or to your address and then ship to one you set up later. Loads of choices for great kilt makers on this board.

Speaking as someone who has not yet had the opportunity to own an XMarks tartan kilt I am very interested in another run of fabric...but only if it's in wool (preferably 16oz.). I'm not interested in a poly-viscose kilt.

I will commit to at least 5 yards of the PV material.
I don't need any particular reason for my choice, I simply can not afford the exorbitant prices for wool, yet I want to be able to wear something nicer than a SWK Economy for a change.
Perfect opportunity to make my own box pleated and knife pleated kilts.

I'll commit to 4 yards double width of Xmarks PV tartan.
I'd love a Kilt in the Xmarks tartan but simply can't afford wool at the moment.

I'd go in for about 5 yards of the P-V. I like the colors but can't afford a wool tank right now.

I'd buy some PV. I don't know about wool though. That gets pricey.
