My Favorite Kilt (a more positive thread)
My favorite kilt is the kilt I bought from Ian. I bought it for my dad, it didn't fit him, but it fit me nicely. It's a bit lower rise than my other kilts, since it was for somebody shorter than I. It's got all the sway and swagger; it's just a perfect kilt, and I got it from an XMarker.
13oz, MacGregor Weathered, 8yd

...I have no pictures wearing it, but I'll make the effort to have them up Wednesday for the Jacksonville, FL kilt night / art walk.

My favorite would be my first: 8yd, hand sewn, 13oz, New Calenonian tartan. Makes me smile every time I strap it on.

There's nothing like your first kilt. I wish I still had mine, even though it was a cheap costume kilt. (yes, I wore it to prom... i was that "kilt don'ts" guy years ago)

My favorite kilt is very similar to the kilt I sold you, except it is in the modern tartan:
