I normally don't ask for this
My "work wife" of 20 years got a new job about 3 months ago. Great company(Very bad thing happened where we used to work together. I am still at the same place. Boss should have taken up for her but sluffed it off. She quit on the spot) They had an opening so she talked me up. Supervisor of that department called me. I went in, interviewed with 3 people. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. I figured I "blew" the interview. Got a call today. They wanna see me Monday @ 15:00 for another interview. "Work wife" said they have not interviewed anyone else & she heard through the grapevine that they think I am the one. It could mean an emmidiate 20% increase doing the same thing I do now + about another 20% over the year in bonuses and THAT is assuming I am a slouch. Some folks almost double their salery. Please say a prayer for me gang. I want this so bad I can taste it.
