I'd also bet that the good folks from Corona walked in with their checkbook in hand and money to burn. That never hurts.
Right. But I'm sure it was Budweiser imported from Czech republic and not from USA.

And you're right about Corona and money burning. Everything for marketing and sales.

I enjoyed the history parts of the show, but I hate that they kept calling the kilt a skirt. I know that's technically what a kilt is, but really....Anywho, all in all I enjoyed the show and learned alot about the highland games, so now when I attend the Greenville Games next saturday I'll be well informed! By the way, I liked that Flower of Scotland tartan one of the guys was wearing, very nice!

Also, where can I get one of those Corona shirts??? I've always wanted a Mexican beer/scottish shirt!!!

Don't get me wrong, but I really enjoyed the Scottish lads winning over the other lads who went over to Scotland to compete in the Highland games. They ran into some really BIG LADS who have been training and doing these games their entire lives, and it showed, I was impressed by their size and the distances they were achieving. Well done laddies well done.

I had to laugh when the American lads were told how the Caber toss got its beginning. My wife couldn't believe it began by loggers tossing trees around just to see who could throw one the greatest distance. Leave it up to the Scots to be inventive.

It was a grand show and my entire family, grandson included, enjoyed it. He may even join me at the next Highland games I attend,

Was a good show. Loved the accents. Glad to see they avoided Gold Brothers for the kilts.

Methinks if California were to disappear Corona would go out of business and the Cowal games would need a new sponsor....

But dang....I want one of those shirts too!

Nice to see my 'distant cousin' Jason Young showing those lads how it is done.
