I was debating this week what sort of sale I should offer this month (aside from my usual holiday-related sales) and have decided on this: Each month, I will randomly select a clan and offer 25% discount on all kilts or plaids made from those tartans. The sale will also relate to clan crest items like kilt pins, brooches, and cap badges.

I didn't need a Graham kilt, but I just learned on Wednesday that some of my ancestors living in the upper Shenandoah Valley of Virginia in the late 18th century were the guardians of several Graham children. Their father died during the French and Indian War and the courts awarded guardianship to my g-g-g-great grandfather.
