What Regiment sporran

Can anyone help me identify the sporran pictured - from a bronze Piper figure.

It would appear to be a mid 1800's (ca.1840) officer's Gordon Hlrs sporran based upon the number & type of tassels as well as cantle image, which appears to be a sphinx w/ a number that looks to be a "92"...
