First, A sword with roses wrapped around it on my upper left arm, honoring my children. My son's middle name is Owen - means "Young Warrior" - and my daughter's middle name is Rose. (I really hope I don't have to explain that one. )

OK - so I was sucked in by the title of this thread. "Any other nerds here?" Oh yeh! Me me!

When you're young, it's tough to be a nerd and know you're a nerd, but tell me - when we go back to our high school reunions, who are the ones with the most interesting jobs and the most interesting lives?? I'll bet it's the nerds in the bunch.......ah, the sweet smell of vindication....!
