    Surprise use for regalia

On Sunday I spent the morning working on our allotment, wasn't too hot so took shirt off and got on with it.

    Monday felt a bit sore.

Tuesday - AAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a shirt out of the wardrobe, tried to put it on and discovered my back was a lovely magenta colour.

T-shirts were a no go, so were jeans. Couldn't find where the wife had hidden my sarongs we bought when we went to see her mother in Sri Lanka.

Can't wander around the house in the brithday suit...

Spent the last three days wearing my kilt and ghillie shirt. So soft, so comfortable, so pain free!

If I could have got away with wearing it in to work today, I sure would have!

Out with the Calamine ol' chap... that'll help. Factor 50 would be a winner next time too. You don't need agony as an excuse to strap your kilt on (although I see the advantage) Just strap it on anyway. Hope it eases soon, it's not nice sunburn.
