...or it never happened.
I bought a new "proof-generation" machine today.

Fujifilm Finepix F550EXR. It's got some SICK features...
It's a really nice new-fangled thing. GPS photo tagging, cat & dog face recognition, underwater mode, 360-panorama mode, really nice IS zoom features, etc, etc, etc... I already own an F60 and an F200EXR, so I figured we may as well step up to the next one.
I was so excited, I ran outside in the pitch black dark of night, just to take a picture of one of my wife's goldband lilies (Lilium auratum) (native to Japan)... And I can't wait to expose the virgin CCD to some TARTAN!
