I'd say the sleeves are a tad too long, but that is easily remedied.
I was thinking about Bali as a place to get jackets made up on the cheap- did you give them something to copy or a pattern of any kind? We went there as children and we all had leather jackets made (we were kids, it was "cool" and we were told they could make anything, especially if they were copying!) Bangkok would be another option, I guess, but I've never been there (aside from in the airport in transit).
My dad always came back with new suits and shirts when he passed through Hong Kong. I normally go through Singapore (because of Singapore Airlines!) and have to seriously restrain myself there. (I've bought 3 shirts made so far... oh, and camera lenses )
Anyway, looks like you got an excellent deal! Thanks for sharing!
