"Jones-ing" a kilt jacket-- Query
Readers;
All the kilt jackets I have seen to date are single breasted, 1-2 buttons, round cut to the front.
Is there any 'fashion rule ' outlawing the cutting short a double breasted Saxon suit coat, to make a double breasted kilt coat? Or would this be 'too odd' to the spirit of the kilt coats as now worn?
It would have to be, of course short enough to shew the Sporran. Cuffs, shoulder straps and misc. could then be added, as in a Kosher Kilt Jacket.
Any thoughts out there?
Thanks
