Some Muslims are strict about keeping a "zabiha-only" diet and some are not. I would do vegetarian just in case. And remember to put NO alcohol in the recipe (just in case there is any. You never know with Scots!) as Islam restricts the consumption of any alcohol, even if it is simply used in cooking.
