Thanks for the suggestions, it would be very useful if more US companies could be added to the list so that my fellow GOS in the States could also benefit from this research. I suggest the limit is $400 as this roughly equates to £250 which is a reasonable amount to pay for a jacket.

If anyone from any other country knows of suppliers of non standard stock sizes in their own country it would be most welcome to be added to the list.
