    Lightbulb Non-tartan Kilt, Tartan Accessories

The more I think about it, the more a non-tartan kilt just seems to call out for tartan accessories: jacket, vest, tie, scarf, etc, though perhaps not all them simultaneously! I did a bit of image searching and this seems to hold true (in my eye) for modern and traditionally styled kilts. Previously I thought any pattern would do the job of complementing a non-tartan, solid colour kilt, but now I'm thinking that tartan is really the way to go

A few of the pics I found are from fellow Xmarkers:

    What do you think?

    Any other photographic examples?
