First Kilt help
Hy, Well I finally moved back from Japan and such and am looking in to getting myself a kilt. My girlfriend used to be very anti kilts saying she didn't want me to wear a skirt. But at the Ren fest I tried one on and she actually seemed to like me in it so it's a go ahead now here's where the troubles start.
I like the modern Kilt more with the pockets for the everyday causal wear, there just to replace my jeans 1 or 2 a week for now till I really see how it is wearing them on a day to day basis. I was at Michigan's Ren fest and found a really comfy one that was Black. I'm not sure of the material cause well honestly I just don't remember things like that but I think it was Denim maybe? I had the guy's card but I lost it when I went overseas for a few months. So I could use some help on finding a good set. Money is a issue for me. I'm a teacher so I can't really afford the 200-700 dollar kilts that most people on here seem to prefer.
I was hoping someone could recommend some good websites or maybe even stores in Michigan. I know his cost were around 60.00-70.00 in that general price range. which is more affordable for where I'm at right now I can go a little higher but not to much just cause of whats going on with schools right now, I'm not sure when the district pay checks will bounce. (it's almost happened a few times in Michigan now.)
