    D.C. Dalgleish

I have a special weave 15oz Dalgliesh and nice though it is, after much deliberation, including some discussion regarding superior selvage on here, I have to say I prefer Lochcarron Strome. I find the Dalgliesh fabric creases really easily whereas the Strome (and others) does not. Might be idiosyncratic to my piece and their stock tartans may be fine... Dunno, I just prefer Kilts you can sit down in.
Mine never seems to crease even when I've been sitting for a long time. If I have been sitting for a long time and get up I can see the imprint of the pleats on the seat where I was sitting but the kilt is absolutely fine.
