Ladies kilt jacket
SO, being the sort of lady who isn't often seen in a dress, I decided it was a sound idea to buy a kilt. Got a very lovely set of gear with one problem- I'm a UK size 8-10 in my top half and I can't find a kilt jacket anywhere that will fit me; even in the shoulders with a view to altering the body.
So, my current plan is just to get a second hand suit jacket from ebay and replace the buttons with small kilt jacket buttons (the large ones will look too big on the jacket I think), but I'm ideally looking for a better solution. having one tailored especially is out of the question because I can't have it done for less than £300 and I'm a student with nae money! I feel like I might be overlooking an obvious solution...
Any help would be great :/
