I just want to say thanks to the STM--specifically to Ronan.

I called today to see about getting a pair of hose that would compliment my new kilt. I had a couple questions and really wanted these for this Friday so I could pair them with my new kilt on National Tartan Day. When I mentioned that to Ronan, he took the time to call their supplier to see about availability in my size. He then called me back to let me know they had the particular hose and even offered additional recommendations about which hose to get.

I am now awaiting the delivery, but no matter what, I am super pleased with the customer service.
