As nearly as I can establish (from "the Ultimate Kilt Vendor List" the only choices available from that side of the planet are buying across the oceans--with fierce import duties. Does anybody have better information?

Judging by proportional population around the Anglosphere (except the U K) each of these countries should have at least one homegrown contemporary kilt maker, possibly just as a division of a larger operation; kilt hire or garment manufacture for example.
