The Crown Estates currently has about 105,000 acres (91,500 acres of agricultural land and 12,500 acres of forestry, residential and commercial property). They also own the seabed out to 12 miles, and roughly 50% of the foreshore. Here's a map.

I hadn't realised they also owned 50% of Fort Kinnaird.

Sorry, I can't see that figure on the website. Where did you see it?
The section about Crown Estates Scotland says:

"Our rural estates comprise 37,000 hectares, of which 5,000 is forest. They include nine Sites of Special Scientific Interest and we are aware of the need to protect sensitive and fragile environments. We work with tenants on these estates to support the development of their businesses which range from farms to sustainable tourism."
