The rural estate in Scotland includes 37,000 hectares (91,400 acres) of agricultural land, 5,000 hectares (12,300 acres) of forestry, residential and commercial
property and salmon fishing rights.
Although your quote implies that the forestry, residential and commercial property is included within the 37,000 hectares rather than additional to it.
