my black workmans utilikilt got here on thursday and i wore it around the house that evening and am very happy with it.

well about todays kilted story,

i wore it for the first time in public today, our first stop was our local auto parts store and there were not many people there so all i got was some looks and that was about it luckily. our second stop was to the knife store and we know the owner so i knew i would not have any problems there,he did not even ask about my kilt.

the second to last place we went was the tattoo and piercing shop that i frequent.
we went there to pick up my new 8 gauge labret spike i had told the piercer that i was going to wear my uk workmans and he asked me where he could get a tartan and the accesories to go with it, he has a kilted scotish wedding to go to in october so i gave him some links from the makers on this forum, and we took some pictures with the tattoo flash as a background, i wore my fine top hat too, it has 2, 3 inch spikes on the front towards the top 8).

the last spot we went to was our local target and it was fairly croweded i got lots of looks there, i swear no one walked past me with out looking at me for a minute or so, you would think that they have not seen any body with blue glasses
i only heard some small children laughing and they were less than 12 years old so i did not say anything to them, we went there to look at a cheap belt to hold me over until i order my chain mail belt.

over all it was a fine day i have been waiting for a good 2-3 months for that damb spike for my labret but it was worth it we decided it matches the spikes on my fine top hat, me and dad went to these places today, dad had on jeans/trousers but i had a good time.

maybe tommorow we will go to the gun store i could almost guarantee that i will get some comments there at least from the head manager that we deal with, but it is all in good fun coming from him 8) he is cool about most things, he is an older vietnam vet and he is one of the few people we deal with there and trust to not rip us off.

all in all i got no comments wich is a good thing, i figured that most people were either too scared to say anything or did not want there butt kicked for talking smack about the way i looked, plus i got to piss off some yuppies, i think i made a solid straight line walking in target until we turned to look at the belts.

i decided to modify the belt i already have and wear it until i can order my chain mail belt.

have a good weekend everybody.

thanks
