Where to begin?
I'm new to the kilt thing, so I need to get advice on what kind of kilt to get. I shoe horses and build houses for a living. The shoeing career will have no kilt wearing (not a good idea to have the inside of your legs bare when a horse decides to rip his nail ridden foot through your legs). But the construction job is where I'm thinking I'll get the most use out of a kilt. I want something that is durable and has belt loops and maybe a pocket or two. I've looked at the Utilikilts and I love the design, but the price tag is a little tough to swallow. Aside from making my own, I don't really know where else to get a good working kilt on a budget.
