post hurricane isaac trip

after surviving another hurricane, go to disney... nah... go to the abita brewery. my wife does has some good ideas.



i wore a sportkilt and t shirt while the power was out for ventilation purposes, but after power came back this afternoon--a nice wool casual and COLD beer. we had to take an alternate route to the brewery because of flooded roads. i was surprised the brewery was open for "tours." this was the smallest group i have seen in over 10 years. the wife gets full pass after all the griping the last few days for coming up with the idea and calling ahead.
